This is to announce some changes to PlanetLab support, the
mailing lists, and access to core software. Follow-up discussions
and feature requests should go to users at lists.planet-lab.org.
Bug reports should go to support at planet-lab.org.

Support
-------
http://www.planet-lab.org/Support/

We have reconfigured our ticket tracking system so that any
registered PlanetLab user may participate in PlanetLab support.
Hopefully, this will help make support more scalable (by getting
more people involved in answering questions), but also make
PlanetLab operations more transparent. There is a lot for the
community to learn in simply observing the kinds of requests
that come into support. Details for joining are at the above URL.

Mailing Lists
-------------
http://www.planet-lab.org/php/workinggroups.php

We have created a new mailing list, devel at lists.planet-lab.org,
for the discussion of code-level development issues related to
the core PlanetLab code. More information at the above URL.

Source Code available via CVS
-----------------------------
http://www.planet-lab.org/Software/download.php

We now have the bulk of the core software available via an
anonymous CVS server. The above URL is an index of available
source code along with information on how to use the CVS server.
