There are several upcoming meetings that I'd like to
make sure everyone is aware of. As PlanetLab is a
global endeavor, we have plans to hold meetings and
workshops all over the world. I particularly want to
draw attention to the non-US meetings, which have a
goal of introducing a region/community to PlanetLab.
If you are interested in participating (especially
North American researchers that have international
collaborations, or are just looking for an excuse to
travel) please let the organizers know.

April 1, San Francisco (the day after NSDI).
This is a regular PlanetLab meeting, in the style
of ones we've held in Pittsburgh, Boston, and Troy.
    Go to www.planet-lab.org/php/meetings (and follow
the link to the April 1st meeting) to register.

April 27-28, Vancouver (co-located with BCNET's WestGrid).
PlanetLab nodes are coming up on CANARIE (Canda's
Internet2 equivalent), and at several Canadian universities.
We would like to have a 1/2-day meeting co-located with
WestGrid in Vancouver to discuss opportunities for projects
on PlanetLab. Contact Mic Bowman (mic.bowman at intel.com)
if you would like to participate.

May 10, Cambridge UK.
An opportunity for researchers in Europe using PlanetLab to
report experiences and identify common research opportunities.
Contact Jon Crowcroft (jon.crowcroft at cl.cam.ac.uk) or Larry
Peterson (llp at cs.princeton.edu) if you would like to participate.

July 2-7, Cairns Australia.
We are hoping to have a PlanetLab session at the 18th APAN
(Asia-Pacific Advanced Network) meeting. Contact Timothy Roscoe
(troscoe at intel-research.net), Sue Moon (sbmoon at cs.kaist.ac.kr)
or Scott Karliln (scott at cs.princeton.edu) if you would like to
    participate.

September ??, Seoul Korea.
An opportunity for researchers in Asia using PlanetLab to
report experiences and identify common research opportunities.
Contact Timothy Roscoe (troscoe at intel-research.net) or Sue Moon
(sbmoon at cs.kaist.ac.kr) if you would like to participate. Note
that the exact dates have not yet been set.

December ??, San Francisco (before or after OSDI).
The first official PlanetLab-related workshop. Sponsorship
by Usenix pending. Watch for more details.

Larry
