[Planetlab-arch] ssh host keys across reinstalls

Correct, it's a completely new installation and nothing gets saved. You're 
solution would probably work well if we wanted to save they key, however, 
what is the motivation for saving the key? (Keep in mind the current set of 
known host keys is currently published, and is always up to date with the 
latest set.)
