[PL #2445] vuseradd fails to correctly vbuild a vserver

Apparently "du" rounds up the filesize to blocks or whatever. For whatever reason this results in the vserver-rference being a bit larger in my particular case. The simple and more accurate fix is to use "du -s -b", which will do everything in byte size.
