Subject: weird /proc errors on alice (presumably a 2.6.10 vserver bug)

Getting weird /proc mounting errors on alice when trying to create slices:

[root at alice root]# mount
...
none on /vservers/pl_netflow/proc type proc (rw)
none on /vservers/pl_netflow/dev/pts type devpts (rw,gid=5,mode=0620)

[root at alice root]# vserver pl_netflow suexec root ls /proc/
Error: /proc must be mounted
To mount /proc at boot you need an /etc/fstab line like:
       /proc /proc proc defaults
In the meantime, mount /proc /proc -t proc
New security context is 615
14262 mounts self

The kernel config probably got changed to enable /proc security, which I
was never very sure of. Or maybe it's the "namespace" thing that Herbert
was talking about earlier. In any case, we probably need to update
util-vserver to the latest version before we push out 2.6.10. I'm
putting util-vserver on my plate for the time being, but Marc, if you
could fix the immediate problem with /proc, I'd appreciate it.
