Subject: User / Slice Bug (?)

I think I found a bug.

Brian Jones requested a new account (jonesy@) when he already
had one (jonesy+planetlab@). He decided that he wanted to
keep the new one (jonesy@) so I deleted the old one.

Now the old one (jonesy+planetlab@) had been associated with
the princeton_csstaff slice. When I went to the slice page
to add the new one, I was suprised to see that the old
e-mail address was still there.

If I followed the link associated with (jonesy+planetlab@)
on the slices/details.php page, I reach my *own* account.
The link has a blank user-id:
https://www.planet-lab.org/db/accounts/detail.php?person_id=

So, we have two bugs:

1. Deleting a user didn't delete that user from a slice

2. Clicking on a deleted user reaches the currently logged in user
