I screwed up. Thanks to Kevin for catching it.

	Please don't upgrade from RC1 to RC2

If you already did, save 
/plc/data/etc/planetlab/{default_config.xml,plc_config.dtd} from the new 
installation, restore your entire /plc/data directory from backup, then copy 
back the new /plc/data/etc/planetlab/{default_config.xml,plc_config.dtd} files.
