Okay, well, I can either

a. Branch now and tag the first myplc-0.4 build.

b. Wait until tomorrow when I can finish the build script (see last e- 
mail) based on feedback from  you guys. It is unclear whether or not  
I will be able to change the public PlanetLab build system to use  
this system, given that we still need to support FC2 on public  
PlanetLab.
