I branched the planetlab module onto "myplc-0_4-branch". The first tag, which is 
currently being built, is "myplc-0_4-rc1". I am working on more formal 
documentation of how to create the build environment, as well as a pre-packaged 
chroot version for the very lazy. Figure that this will be in "myplc-0_4-rc2". I 
expect that the 0.4 series should be very usable for new users. The goal for the 
final 0.4 release will be for certificate-based authentication to actually work.
