I branched and tagged myplc-0_4-rc1 (after a few minor fixes and
faulty builds). It's now available for download. Please test.

Please note that this binary RPM was built under Fedora Core 2. I am
still working on construction of a myplc-devel package that will be
based on Fedora Core 4, built every night automatically, and used to
construct future myplc binary RPMs. Please be patient, I am finding
this task rather difficult to wrap my head around.

For the impatient, the instructions I provided earlier today should
be enough to get you started with a myplc-devel-like environment. If
you rebuild this release on your own in this environment, it will be
non-trivially different than the release that was just built under
Fedora Core 2. It will probably work; I built an FC4 build
environment using my own script, built myplc-0_4-rc1 in it, and smoke
tested the binary; but this should still be considered uncharted
territory. In particular, for some inexplicable reason, you will
notice that myplc RPMs built on FC4 are 50-75% larger than those
built on FC2. I tracked this down to fragmentation while building the
loopback filesystem, but I have no idea why FC2/4 has anything to do
with it.
