We build the xen-based PLK as part of our nightly build.  This is available
from:
http://boot.planet-lab.org/install-rpms/archive/planetlab-alpha

Last nights xenU PLK is available from:
http://boot.planet-lab.org/install-rpms/archive/planetlab-alpha/2006.11.07/R
PMS/kernel-xenU-2.6.17-1.2187_FC5.0.planetlab.2006.11.07.i686.rpm

I believe Stephen Soltesz booted a PLK based on this kernel on xen 3.0.2.
