Hi Winson,

I am surprised you were able to boot into the system at all. Replace steps
12-18 with:

(find . | cpio --quiet -c -o) | gzip -9 > ../newbootcd.img
mv newbootcd.img /plc/root/usr/share/bootcd/build/isofs/bootcd.img

Depends on when you grabbed myplc, but I suspect it is based on some variant
of 2.6.17.
