Most likely caused by mismatch of keys. The bootcd build script uses the value 
of PLC_ROOT_GPG_KEY_PUB that it finds in /etc/planetlab/plc_config; if you don't 
rebuild the bootcd on your MyPLC box, you'll probably get mismatched keys.
