I went ahead and ported the old ticket signing call to the new API. If all goes 
well, you should be able to obtain both old-style (XMLSEC signed) tickets and 
new-style (GPG signed) tickets from the new API running on www2.planet-lab.org.

It may not work until Monday, I'm still doing testing. The old calls are still 
named SliceGetTicket (or SliceTicketGet). The new call is, as I mentioned, 
GetSliceTicket.
