[Planetlab-devel] Does MyPLC kernel has wireless support?

Hi,

 

We recently tried to load wireless drivers into MyPLC kernel
(2.6.12-1.1398_FC4.5.planetlab). We received "unknown symbol" error
message. Dmesg shows unknown symbol "wireless_send_event" which seems to
be due to lack of wireless support in the kernel. If it is the case, how
to add wireless support into the kernel? I tried to download
MyPLC_devel. Following the instructions online, I tried to rebuild the
entire MyPLC. I received some error messages, and still working on it.
But I do observe the linux kernel source has been extracted. Shall I
just add wireless driver support in the kernel configuration file and
rebuild MyPLC (of course after the current errors are resolved)?
