Like before, it'll return a blob of XML that's been signed. I'm  
currently making sure that the signing and verification are being  
handled correctly. Also like before, you'll give it to Node Manager,  
except via a localhost SSH daemon...I'm unclear on the details of  
this protocol, David Eisenstat can explain.
