Fetching

https://www.planet-lab.org/PlanetLabConf/ntp.conf.php

from a particular PlanetLab node will return ntp.conf for that node. 
Unfortunately, the PHP script peeks at the requester's IP to determine 
which ntp.conf to send, so it's not possible at the moment to gather them 
centrally.
