Hello,

Is it true that PL v4 does not work with v2 BootCDs?

I see that GetNodes() has a version string with the BootCD version in it. 
How is this populated?  Is it something that Boot manager returns and 
updates automatically?

I'm asking in the context of the policy that's applied to sites with old 
BootCDs.  My thinking is that this is not different than nodes that are down 
for any other reason.
