Tony, Xavier,

Following discussions with Larry, I'm putting the two of you in touch as
the designated points of contact for federation between PlanetLab USA
and PlanetLab Europe.

My understanding is that Xavier has generated the necessary
certificates, and that we're ready to proceed on the European end.

As per Larry's recommendation, let's carry this discussion forward on
the PlanetLab devel list (copied on this e-mail).
