There seems something wrong with RT
at least, here's the fact:
- ticket 212 came in, nothing on support, that's - unfortunately - normal
- I've answered that at 17:07,  still nothing, that does not sound cool
- Antonio answered at 17:18, and still nothing, this is serious

of course this is unless the mailing list is catching stuff, but I don't 
think so: I had also closed a ticket at 16:34 and this time the comment 
went to the list.

I must confess this is becoming irritating :-(
