Dear Thierry.

Hi, I'm yuji.

We've started to debug our CoreLab in the field and had some problems.
So I want to know about PlanetLab because we reusing much from it.

(1)
We want to save all API calls into log.
I found Debug.py in PLCAPI but I don't know if it's available for our  
request.
Can we reuse an existing function?

(2)
Can we create new slice by old name that is still in DB though its  
is_deleted flag is on?
In this case, our NodeManager doesn't work well.

(3)
Till when would PLC keep having slice information after it expired?
Is it possible that is_deleted flag of expired slice changes?
