Hi

I've just noticed something weird about this doc building stuff

Occasionally, builds can get stuck in the middle of the docbook command
I've just found out that deep inside docbook, openjade or something  
does query
www.oasis-open.org
and my understanding is that it has to do with standard dtds

I had seen that before, but more often these days as I've been  
massively rebuilding the new package, and that might be related.

Anyway I am unfortunately not going to be able to get that fixed right  
now, so meanwhile I hope this won't cause too much trouble.
