There doesn't seem to be a direct replacement for initlog functionality.  The 
'logger' command doesn't execute the command as initlog does.  Regardless, in 
both cases, I removed the initlog call.  Codemux logs its own messages and 
pl_sshd shouldn't have anything to log in general.

Uhh.  Evidently, the pl_sshd specfile had autofs as a requirement.  If I removed 
pl_sshd rpm, then there were no other dependencies in the system for autofs.  I 
removed it from the pl_sshd spec file.  That should nuke autofs from being 
installed as part of bootstrapfs.  I don't know why autofs was listed as a 
requirement in the first place.
