[Planetlab-devel] 4.2 final release

To my knowledge all major development is completed.

We've got some administrative house keeping to do for the actual upgrade of PLC 
on our side, and I'm sure that there will be fixes here and there as the 
roll-out progresses.

But, other that these, I don't know of any hang-ups for the 4.2 release.  :-)
