ah, and yes, I forgot to mention: nodegroups are now defined as a pair
(tagname,tagvalue), i.e. the set of nodes who have that tagname defined
as tagvalue; that's the only area where the API has changed so far, i.e.
where the PLCAPI unit test script has had to be changed.
