rc13 is out, and the onelab builds are available at
http://build.onelab.eu/4.3/rc13/

Note that with this release, the /etc/planetlab/root_ssh_key stuff has  
been obsoleted, and that only the ssh keys that go with (all) admins  
will be enabled on the nodes

As a side effect, when upgrading to this release, please make sure  
that you manually:

* remove (through plcsh) the 2 conf_files that deal with
** /root/.ssh/authorized_keys
** /home/site_admin/.ssh.authorized_keys

* and optionally cleanup /etc/planetlab/root_ssh_key*
