Looks like I mis-read the wiki instructions. Now I see that
the manual config for yum.repos.d/myplc.repo is in the vserver context.

Yes mine is the same except that the baseurls point to the local mirror
Ok, using your version and also removing /etc/yum.repos.d/myplc.repo
I am still getting GPG key retrieval failed with connection timed out
