[Planetlab-devel] FSA federation between PLCs at the same level in the hiearchy

Hello,

I am working on the MAX GENI project (geni.maxgigapop.net). We intend to
allocate slices across two aggregates. The SFA federation example I found
here is between one plc and another that is one level below it. Ideally this
should be done at the same level in the hierarchy down from planetlab
central, for example, between pl.max and pl.gpeni. Is this possible?
