Hi Ali
It's kind of weird that you can see one person account (id=20) and not the other (id=21)
this suggests something in this user's data causes some formatting/encoding to fail
the first thing you might try is to upgrade just your plewww package, we're now at tag 4.3-61, and you can find the rpm in one of the nightlies. However I doubt this will solve your issue
then another helpful thing would be to take a look at /var/log/php.log when the faulty page gets displayed;
the details of that Person record (id=21) could help as well; have you used weird characters/encoding ?
The output of GetPersons([21]) would help as well
also, if you could be more explicit on what is working or not, Im not sure I captured precisely the extent of the issue.
as far as the drupal dep: in principle you should maybe exclude drupal from the stock repos (which fedora are you using btw?); but as far as you currently only have drupal-4.7 you should be clear; I take it this should be the case after your invokation of --skip-broken, but I'm not 100% positive.

Apparantely, the site for all users with accounts at KSU (where MyPLC resides) is operational, but the other user pages are disabled (i.e. I am unable to delete, enable.. etc. essentially, none of the buttons are active). I have attached 2 snapshots so you can see the difference.
