[Planetlab-devel] pl_mom migrated to git

Hi all,

I've migrated pl_mom from SVN to git. Please commit all changes to the git
repository instead.

I preserved all history and tags; the new repository locations are git://
git.planet-lab.org/mom.git or ssh://git.planet-lab.org/git/mom.git
