RPM Consistency on PLC:

* Every RPM below owns files that are now different from when they were first installed.
* To keep our PLC RPMs in sync with SVN, this list should be manually validated.

  - some files may have nothing to do with plc
  - some files may always be different, in these cases I can add them to a filter.
  - all other files should be accounted for in SVN, and a new RPM built and
	installed.  Ask Stephen or Faiyaz for directions.

RPM Legend for file differences:
