CoDeploy does not use an HTTP proxy.  It uses a "getbig" server that I
don't believe is released (and requires an md5sum header).

I imagine that the host returned by codemon (on port 23126) will be
running an http proxy on port 3128.  Or least it was on the few cases
that I tried when CoDeploy was released.
