[Planetlab-users] List of down nodes from PLC(?)

We have been discussing something exactly like this.  Personally,
I'm not in favor of adding fields to {all}sites.xml; however, we
do need a way of disseminating this information so that 3rd party
status pages such as Trumpet can report this information.
