I know you guys have resisted this request in the past, but I'd like to 
re-enter an urgent plea to BRING BACK TOP.

In the bad old days of PlanetLab, before we were blessed with 
information isolation like we are now, we used to police each other.  
Frank, in particular, was very proactive about informing people that 
they were using more than their fair share of physical memory.

Until we have a technical solution to fair-share physical memory, can 
you PLEASE give us back the tools we need to implement a social 
solution?
