uscd_6 is also hogging all the disk on planetlab3.csail.mit.edu, it's
harder to track down because the 47GB logfile is deleted but an app still
has an open file descriptor.  if someone wants to kill the offending
process the space will get released, but we may want to give the owner
time to cleanup his own mess.
