The sending rate is 6.6Mbps averaged over whole of train, but majority
pair of packets are going at the rate of 60Mbps(80%), if we measure
the inter packet arrival time between each pair of packets, i believe
that there will be clearly two sets of value with a large gap between
them(two sets sending time gap) and filter/smooth en the arrival gap,
we could get an accurate arrival rate( what do u say ?)
