Here is the topology of CERNET network. (Notice: The bandwidth
description in this page is outdated.)

The 50 nodes are distributed at the small black dots in the topology.
As far as I know, the two nodes, the 219.243.200.x and 219.243.201.x
with same /24 prefix, usually reside in same geographical place, but
connect to different upstream routers.
