[Planetlab-users] Just a bit curious...

When running some experiments in PlanetLab, i found some of the nodes are
impossible to connect even if they are listening at some port. Is it because
of the institution where the specific node blocks the traffic for some range
of ports(I think many universities do so to limit BT related applications??)
? Is there any easy way to find out the good nodes to conduct experiments or
is there any existing work providing relevant information? Thanks!
