Thanks a lot for the helpful information! (and Thanks a lot for
forwarding my message to Aki, Jen!)
I tried it again, and the five feeds listed in
http://www.planet-lab-jp.org/pluto/pluto.html are working well to me
now.
(I should've tried harder last night. I was using the outdated node
list, and 5 nodes are indeed dead. Among 5 live feed, I had access
problem from my laptop to 2 of them, and then mis-typed "bgp_update" in
3 remaining nodes. My apologies)
