[Planetlab-users] How to reboot our machine when neither PI or tech contact can login to it?

I am new to the tech contact role of the planetlab nodes in our school.
Recently, our second planetlab machine got screwed, I can login using
site_admin account to our first machine planetlab-1.eecs.cwru.edu without
any problem, but when I try to login to our second machine
site_admin at planetlab-2.eecs.cwru.edu, I only got Permission denied
(publickey). And the PI in our school got the same result when he tried to
login using site_admin account. I have also tried to set the boot state of
our machine planetlab-2.eecs.cwru.edu to "boot" in the node management of
the web interface of planetlab but nothing changed. Can anyone tell me how
to deal with such situation, do I need to walk into our server room and
reboot or even re-install our planetlab node manually? Although I have used
planetlab for sometime as a graduate student, I am very inexperienced in the
tech contact role. Thanks very much for your kindly help.

Cheers, Zhihua Wen
