[Planetlab-users] yum error: Metadata file does not match checksum

Hello everyone,

when I'm trying to install some software packages, e.g. unzip, with yum
I get this error on almost every node. In rare cases the installation
succeeds, but most of the time it fails.

I am using the default yum.conf file so I guess the error originates
somewhere else. Does anybody have an idea how to solve this? I already
tried to replace the mirror sites in the yum.conf file, but that didn't
work at all. Anyway, it should work with the default config file,
shouldn't it?
