[Planetlab-users] Error approving join requests

Hi there,

I have a join request that has been made, when I try to validate and approve
that request I get the error message

Details: PLC DB Error (Error approving join request). Please contact
PlanetLab Support.(ERROR ID : 1538604)

what does this mean? can any one please help?
