Data from our TCP Sidecar project is available at:
http://www.cs.umd.edu/projects/sidecar
The data focuses primarily router topologies, but hopcount, date, and
RTT information is also included. We have two data sets: between
planetlab nodes (all pairs), and from planetlab nodes to a set of ~160k
webservers.
