The Flexlab project has around 800 million pairwise measurements of
bandwidth and latency between pairs of PlanetLab nodes, going back about
a year and a half. This data is stored in the Datapository
(www.datapository.net). We don't have a web page set up for this
dataset, but we do have an XML-RPC interface for querying it. You can
email flexlab at flux.utah.edu to get access.
