Please hold off on re-installing your project; we experienced a slight hiccup 
yesterday, and a number of 3.x slivers were wiped and recreated on old nodes. 
These nodes will be re-installed to 4.0 shortly anyway, as we have just finished 
testing on RC1 and are compiling a rollout schedule.
