[Planetlab-users] Regarding PLC account creation and enabling

Thank you once again for being patient during our migration from PLC 3
to 4.0. There have been several tickets regarding account registration,
so I wanted to explain a few things about the new system which you can
pass along to your new users.
When a person registers for an account they are sent a verification
email. Once they receive it, they will be told to goto a link in that
email which will in turn validate their account, this does NOT enable
them to login. After this step is taken, the PI of the site will also
recieve an email with a link to their PLC page. PIs must be logged in
to view these pages and at the top of the page there will be a drop down
select list that says "Choose Action". Here the PI can either choose to
enable the account or delete it.
