The Sirius calendar service allows PlanetLab users to sign up for 
hour-long slots in which they receive 25% of the CPU and 2Mbps bandwidth 
system-wide (except where the node cap is lower).

Sirius is currently down for the PlanetLab upgrade, but it will be back 
soon.
