The slice ufcg_ds has transmitted more than 0 bytes from
planetlab-11.cs.princeton.edu to low bandwidth destinations
since Tue Feb 27 04:09:46 2007 GMT.

Its maximum low bandwidth burst rate will be capped at -1000bit/s
until Wed Feb 28 04:09:46 2007 GMT.

Please reduce the average low bandwidth transmission rate
of the slice to 5.8 GB per day.
