[Planetlab-users] Reserving posts

Hi

While searching the Wiki, I found this link about port reservation -
http://lists.planet-lab.org/pipermail/users/2004-March/000089.html - but
I don't seem to find this file /proc/scout/ports/reserve on any of the
nodes. I need to start a tomcat webserver on all the nodes I have and I
have configured all the instances to ports not being used at this point
of time by checking the /proc/scout/ports/summary file. But how would
this file get updated with the ports I'm using?
