The wiki is gone. Most of the material has found its way into the
regular web pages, but the "port claim page" has not. That needs
to be fixed (but as a practical matter, we don't seem to be hearing
about any conflicts).

If you want a privileged port, send email to support. That's still
handled out-of-band. (Proper is used to set the port assignment
on a given node, but this is done under the direction of an attribute
that's set by PLC).
